Welcome. My name is Sinethea Brickhouse, founder of Sacred Keys Academy.

For years, I have supported individuals on their journeys of healing, personal growth, spiritual development, and energetic restoration. My work is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins when we reconnect with ourselves beneath the stress, overwhelm, survival patterns, and life experiences that may have caused us to lose sight of who we truly are.

One of the unique aspects of my work is a natural ability to perceive patterns, emotions, and underlying dynamics that are often operating beneath the surface. Throughout my life, I have had a heightened awareness of emotional, energetic, and relational patterns that can influence a person's experience, relationships, decisions, and overall well-being.

This intuitive awareness, combined with Reiki, energy healing, nervous system support, transformational coaching, and soul-guided insight, allows me to create experiences that help clients gain clarity, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and move forward with greater confidence and alignment.

Many clients describe our work together as feeling deeply seen, understood, and supported. Rather than offering fixed answers or telling people who they should become, I help create the space for individuals to access their own truth, recognize unconscious patterns, and develop a stronger connection with themselves.

At Sacred Keys Academy, I believe that every person already carries the wisdom they seek within them. My role is not to fix anyone. My role is to serve as a guide, facilitator, and supportive presence while each person discovers the insights, healing, and transformation that are uniquely theirs.

Whether through Reiki sessions, soul guidance, mentorship, retreats, educational programs, or transformational experiences, my intention remains the same: to help others restore balance, cultivate self-trust, and create lasting change from the inside out.
